WE RECOMMEND

Warm clothes, comfortable shoes

A beautiful half-day excursion to understand the origins of Puerto Natales, to know the place names of the environment that surrounds this centenary city, its history and little-known details. Admire and contemplate the coast of Señoret canal with the mountains that surround it.

In 1894 the German pioneers Ernesto Von Heinz and Kurt Meyer named Natalis the river that flows into the northern part of the current city. This is because the sighting of the river occurred on December 24 on the eve of the commemoration of the birth of Christ, hence the name of the city.

A tour that allows you to get to know the remodeled waterfront, Plaza de Armas, dock of the artisan fishermen, small town, and the viewpoint of Santiago Bueras avenue. From this privileged place you will be able to observe the picturesque architecture of low and colorful houses covered with grooved iron.
