From El Calafate, take Route No. 11 until you reach Route Nacional No. 40 towards El Chaltén. Stop at the Hotel de Campo La Leona, on the river of the same name. Continue to Ruta Provincial No. 23 to reach El Chaltén, located at the foot of Cerro Fitz Roy. Visit to the information center and start of the walk h. 1.30 to the Mirador de los Cóndores.  As its name indicates, the viewpoint is placed in a strategic point for the possible observation of condors and their landing tractors in the Rio Fitz Roy valley.

In addition, it allows you to enjoy the view of the granite peaks and glaciers that dominate the horizon. From there you also have an exceptional overview of the Adela, Torre and Fitz Roy massifs and the Rio de las Vueltas valley. 

Then continue to the restaurant where you will have lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the Chorrillo del Salto, located 4 km north. A beautiful waterfall of 20 meters formed by the waters of the thaw in the middle of vegetation. Around 17 hours participants will have to return to the meeting point for the return to El Calafate. The order of visit can be reversed.
