We depart from the tourist pier on board of a catamaran to navigate Beagle Channel and passengers are going to enjoy a pleasant guided tour. We will first have an approach to the birds island where you can admire the albatros, the cauquén, the gulls and ducks. Then we will reach the coast of “Sea Wolves Island” where different species of marine lions await us. Immersed in this natural environment and fresh air, we will continue navigating to “Les Eclaireurs” lighthouse where we will be able to observe imperial and magellan cormorants.
We can also spot Puerto Almanza on the Argentine coast and Puerto Williams on the Chilean coast.
Once we arrive to Martillo island we will remain enchanted to see more tan 1000 nest of magellan penguins and some papua penguins.
We will return to the pier along the northern coast of the cannel, which allows us to enjoy the landscape and spot important historical sites of the city, such as Estancia Túnel and Estancia Remolino. Throughout the route you will have the opportunity to connect with the nature that sorrounds you.
