Close contact with nature, silence, birds flying over, water, trees, stories told and a unique lunch at the end of the world are some of the sensations you will feel in this incredible natural monument. Our adventure begins in your hotel from where we will go to Tierra del Fuego National Park along Route number 3 just at the beginning of Pampa Alta trail that after 3 kilometers of medium difficulty will lead us to the Ensenada Zaratiegui, where the most southern post office is located. From here we will enter for a few kilometers along the coastal path where we will discover some archeological sites with evidence of the yamana occupation, the first inhabitants of the area. Along our way we will find a wide variety of native flora as well as rockst that date back over 150 million years.
Our driver will be waiting for us to take us to Lago Acigami. After our walkings, we will make a well deserved stop at the restaurant where we will have our reserved table overlooking Lapataia river. After lunch, we will continue our adventure along the paths that will take us to Lapataia Bay, passing by the Island trail that runs along the river with the possibility of observing waterfowls.
We continue along the lenga trail and finally turbal trail. Our adventure is completed at the end of the National Road number 3 that coincides with the end of the Panamericana road that crosses the entire American continent from Alaska to Lapataia Bay. Return to Ushuaia.
