This tour invites you to live a wonderful adventure aboard our Dukies (inflatable canoes) and along paths that will allow you to admire the most spectacular landscapes: sea, mountains and woods. The places we will visit are really amazing. Both in Lapataia Bay and in Beagle Channel, you will appreciate the variety of flora and fauna in the area, in particular the presence of red foxes, woodpeckers, ducks, condors, eagles and beaver nests.

The tour begins from the hotel to Ensenada Bay which is located within Tierra del Fuego National Park. From there we will start trekking on the trail that sorrounds the coast for about 2 kilometers and in which is possible to spot seabirds as well as some mammals. Along the way we will observe the archeological deposits, plant species such as the “canelo” and the “notro” and the ruins of an old Yamanas settlement. We will visit the  Alakush interpretation centre.

We will continue the route on foot for about 20 minutes just to Roca lake where we will prepare the dukies (inflatable canoes) to get on board and will lead us along Lapataia and Ovando river, according to weather conditions.

We will go through 5 kilometers in one hour and a half. After we will continue to a refuge inside the National Park where we will have our box lunch.

This is where national route number 3 ends, beginning in the city centre of Buenos Aires. An ideal place to relax and admire the beauties of the end of the world. We will return to Ushuaia after an incredible day immersed in nature.
